Saturday, December 5, 2015 - PnD. Rich burgundy in color. Beautiful nose of strawberries, cherries, spice, and some cola. Just a year ago, the nose was fairly reticent but it really come into its own. Nice silky mouthfeel with pomegranate and some oak. Nice structure and acidity. Went great with grilled salmon with a farro butternut squash salad.

Surprisingly, there was very little difference between the Riedel Vinum and Vivant Burgundy glasses. Enjoyed at 62F.
