Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Opened with pasta. This brambly zin showing dark complexion and spicy overtones of prune, plum, pepper, dank blackberry cobbler. Slight heat, but not too bad at 15.5%, some soyen notes to go along with the aromatics, and maturing dark fruits. This does need some air to open before tasting its best.
