Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - sip and spit because of my stupid diet. not as generous on the nose as previous bottles, but still deeply flavored. spitting left a harsh, bitter, acrid, tannic, and unpleasant feeling on the tip of my tongue. i think that's more a function of me than a flaw in the wine, though.
