Friday, February 10, 2023 - Poured through the “rabbit aerating pourer” into a wide base decanter with a “l’atelier du vin developer 2” covering the neck to let the wine slowly flow down the sides.

This seems to help open up this stubborn wine quicker.

1 hour later:
Opened up very well.
Nice nose. Mint, floral and sour cherry. Clay, something deeper Lurks behind.
Delicious on the palate. Great fruit, slight “seeetness”, high tannin, very long length.

Love it.
