Sunday, May 17, 2020 - Garagiste selection. 13% ABV
Color: light - medium brown with brick highlights
Nose: complex; dried dark fruits, especially prune and raisin
Body/flavor: medium body; very complex -- dried fruit; earthy and leather; a caramel flavor I don't recall previously. Added real complexity. Very little tannin
Aftertaste; lingering

Very impressed for a 26 yo Chianti.
