Saturday, March 2, 2019 - Chateau de Pez tasting (8 vintages), early Mar 2019 at the Rheingau Gourmet Festival: dark crimson color; bouquet of dark and red berries, especially cassis, plus fresh bread and chocolate notes; spicy, round texture accompanied by berry fruits and tannic expressions in the mouth.

Excellent and noble Chateau de Pez. Already good approachable. The 2010 together with the 2005 vintage showed best at this tasting.
