Thursday, July 14, 2016 - Meh, solid wine but under delivers on the opportunity of a Mourvedre. No real interesting fruit or earthy notes. This bottle was purchased directly from TC and cellared perfectly. Didn't detract from the meal (thick cut choice sirloin, baked potato, vine ripe tomatoes with bleu cheese crumbled) but didn't add to it either. The wine was not blown, just didn't have a lot to offer.
