Thursday, August 29, 2019 - Dark blueberry reduction, leather, clean. Fine balance, everything in check. The age is starting to show itself with a obvious an obvious oxidative character. The Tablas vintage chart suggests a closed phase; maybe fine tertiery flavors are around the corner?
