Saturday, August 1, 2015 - 2 hour decant. Drank with grilled Sockeye salmon, corn on the cob, fresh cooked green beans, green salad.
Good pairing. The wine is medium to heavy, fruit forward, nice mouthfeel with medium tannins, medium acidity and 14% alc.
