Saturday, November 11, 2017 - OK, decided to drink another bottle. This bottle left considerable sediment, softer (note all of these bought from Swan at issue and stored at 55). This bottle is terrific: wonderful nose, excellent balance, rich (slightly on fruity side), long finish. Surprisingly better than the bottle week ago. Now I have to decide whether/how long to keep the rest but the wine is very enjoyable now (like my Apple stock, sell or look for upside).
