Beautiful straw color, tiny stream of bubbles.
Nose shows floral qualities, peach, mango, pear, cooking spices, warm bread crust. Slightly rich rather than lean and mean.
The palate reveals tense acidity and beautifully delineated orchard fruits, with some vanilla bean and orange marmalade, tangy spice notes, and a pleasant soil signature.
This great bottle of NV Brut Premier is singing nicely by the 2nd glass, it is drinking well now, and will continue to improve another 2 years, and drink well through at least 2022. Very nice value.
