Saturday, September 25, 2010 - Dark inky purple color with plum, dark fruit and some hints of pepper on the nose and palate with a cedar tart dry finish, As the wine breaths and opens up there are stronger notes of pepper on the palate and finish along with overtones of vanilla and semi-sweet chocolate on the palate and finish.
