Friday, March 21, 2014 - Stored (in varying conditions) since 2007. Still good, dark red brick colour. Nose of earth, mushroom and mulberry. Dark berries and some spice on the palate, velvety. Pleasing enough but not complex. Leftovers being used in coq au vin.
