Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Brilliant deep red, dark core.
Blueberry, lightly briary, cassis, oak well integrated.
Palate delivers the same flavours with lots of plum jam too, in silky smooth style. Fruit sweet, violets, good acidity, lots of fine tannins, not overly firm, dense but relatively refined.
