Friday, November 3, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Wine 17 – Complex, refined, a hint of roasted fruit/espresso, lead pencil. Silky and fine tannins.
Afterthought – This was very good but not as concentrated as some of the others.

1/3/2024 11:28:00 AM - Sounds like you described t perfectly.....I don't think HBailly is ever thick or heavy. Always somewhat leaner than others. To me personally, that's what sets it apart.
