Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - We decanted this two hours before dinner. This has a very bright, fruity wine that definitely shows the Merlot and Cab Sauvignon characteristics. This will continue to mature and come into its own, but we definitely enjoyed it tonight with our New York strip with favs beans sautéed in garlic.
