Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Deep colour darkening but no bricking. PnP and a little cool when first served and underwhelmed. Opened up over 3 hours. Kept a half bottle and drank the following week. Suspect peak was in middle but general impression was this has a few years to peak or open a few hours early. Spice on the nose, hint of some tertiary notes. Similar on the palate- spice and dark fruit, still a bit of mouth coating tannins but reasonably soft, medium acidity
