Saturday, January 10, 2015 - Ultimo lunch time tasting (Ultimo wine centre (but now vintage cellars)): Aromas of cream, vanilla, ripe plum, chocolate, slight herbaceous notes. In the mouth the wine has flavours of plum and cherry, thought it is savoury, very tannic, chewy in fact, the plum and cherry notes persist underneath. Big bold right bank. Hmm.
