Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Bordeaux Birthday Dinner with 1978 Chateau Margaux, 1982 La Tour Haut Brion, and 1983 Chateau Gruaud Larose, dessert featured this wine with orange cheesecake, with freshly sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries spooned on top, nose of orange, mango, honey, baked raisin bread, and Bual Madeira, same on the palate, big body, intense, rich, elegant, mouth filling, seventy-one years old and going strong, just fabulous, lovely and delicious, long, long, long, long finish of sixty seconds.
