Monday, September 3, 2012 - Caratello tasting: "Tre stelle" (Zurich): The nose has less fruit than the 2004, more on notes of forest floor and dry tobacco leaves. Fine and intense on the palate on darker fruit notes, even towards chocolate, then cranberries and chinotto. Very fine too.
