Sunday, February 17, 2019 - This vintage is often overlooked being between 07 and 09. Although generally a softer vintage, there are exceptions like this. Trefethen has always made a style higher in acid and more conducive to aging and this is no exception. 10 years old and the real character is just starting to show itself. Dried Dark plum, cigar wrapper and sweetness are coming but not there yet. Plan to drink my other bottle 2022-2030
