Saturday, September 5, 2015 - Dinner by the River: From magnum: a double decant 2 hrs before serving and it was glorious! The "iron fist" has melted away leaving behind layers of black and red fruit, hints of plum, herbs, mint, and more savory notes. This bottle was nearing plateau. I will not wait beyond 2017 for my 750ml.
