Friday, April 7, 2017 - Dinner in La Mere Germaine Chateauneuf-du-Pape with winemakers Dominique and Marie.: Beautiful, classical and rustic bouquet with dark berry fruits, earth, oak and cedar. On the palate the same impressions; red and dark berries, beautiful oak, good acidity but the tannin is a bit drying in the finish.
