Thursday, March 8, 2018 - Oh dear, these 2009 Bitouzet burgundies seem to be fading into mellow wines, ie they are losing character without gaining much in secondary.

I'm surprised how much development has occurred in the last year or so.

Nice wine, but no longer very exciting. Drink up!
