Saturday, December 13, 2014 - Ultimo lunch time tasting (Ultimo wine centre (but now vintage cellars)): Spicy almost coffee notes on the nose. A chalky quality, very slight cherry. With agitation unripe blackberry and herbal notes. In the mouth there is more of the same with juicy acidity and long, fine, persistent tannin. Very, very nice indeed.
