Sunday, December 25, 2016 - Lovely and lively now, if best after a few hours open. Floral. A terrific pairing with Christmas goose, cutting the richness. Typical Bouchard low pressure mousse, suiting the wine's light charm. More vinous than other Champagnes frequently described as being so.
