Friday, May 9, 2014 - This wine is developing into something more complex, with distinctive stages: first a pure and citrus-filled front stage, then an oaky vanilla middle stage. Liking more than earlier bottles. Paired beautifully with sautéed hake with sumac, alongside cumin rice & red lentils.
