Thursday, June 24, 2021 - Deep red color with limited hints of brown at the edge. Still looks and tastes very young. Sharp distinct aroma of black cherries with fresh leather, some brackish seawater elements, and rich long flavor. Initially tannic with good acidity but after an hour or more of aeration, it began to soften. Very enjoyable today but might be best in 3-8 year.
