Wednesday, July 17, 2013 - Very nice classic St Joseph. Nose a bit alcoholly with fruity undertones. This Syrah has such a smooth finish and rounded texture. Should improve for at least 2 to 3 years. Nice with roasted meats or strong cheese. Suggest a decant for optimal experience
