Tuesday, March 6, 2012 - Pale hue, almost looking like water. A pure style, non oaked. with honey citrus and a pineaple finish. Simple made, simple expression. More acidic than mineral. Very interesting to drink this (supposed) californian chardonnay, for a frenchman that I'am. PS : corky smell and taste a the beginning which as disappear after one hour, so decanter it.
