Thursday, November 8, 2012 - Very supple and feminine for a Barolo. Had notes of mint and anise on the nose which got stronger over several hours. Started out light on the tongue. But after 30 mins. Opened with notes of wild strawberry and aged Leather. After an hour the plums and acid came out balancing it nicely. Still can age for a few more years. But definitely in its prime.
