Sunday, August 6, 2017 - 2/6. Excellent cork. Medium garnet core, pale garnet rim. Lovely nose - aromatic, pure purple fruit, florals, touch of vanilla. Medium bodied, soft tending towards silky tannins, blackcurrant, bilberries, touch of spice and hint of savoury game, vibrant acidity, this expands into a long, harmonious finish with a touch of creaminess coming through. Gorgeous, drinking well but no hurry.
