Thursday, June 1, 2017 - Jadot 1997 Dinner: A Jacques Lardière Miracle (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Open 3 hours before serving blind to the group. Depending on the vintage, there might be up to three different Jadot Clos St Denis cuvees. This is the Domaine Gagey bottling, which as always been my favorite in almost every vintage. Rich combination of black berry and cherry with spice hints and exceptional balance and power. This kept unfolding over an hour in glass.
