Sunday, June 21, 2015 - This showed a beautiful contrast of earth and fruit as candied cherry notes and licorice were joined by sweet herbs, undergrowth and soil tones. It was finessed yet tight on the palate, showing tart cherry and minerals with a balance bent toward acidity. The finish was dry, displaying inner floral tones and tart berry.
