Saturday, October 5, 2013 - Like a liquefied alcoholic cherry ripe bar. For the non-Aussies that means cherry, chocolate, coconut. Plus vanilla. Nice lick of velvet tannins on the finish. Judging by previous notes from others, I benefited from drinking this now rather than a year or two ago, as while the oak was prominent, it wasn't overwhelming.. has melted away. Improved with a couple of hours of air.
