Sunday, March 8, 2020 - PnP was worrisome, it was strangely woody and thin. However after a couple hours the fruit showed up and the bitterness almost completely dissipated. Not uncommon with some Oregon pinots, they need a lot of air, or more time in bottle, to settle down. A Vinturi really helped, pretty dramatic difference immediately before and after.
