Monday, September 25, 2023 - Rich nose of very ripe cooked mulberries, blackberries, black cherry, some thyme and rosemary, roasted meat, earth/old wood and spice. Very full-bodied and very rich, this is incredibly mouth-filling and loaded with the same fruits and spices as the nose. Moderately tannic (of only medium quality) with just enough acidity, this is quite good and was very nice with Chinese. Nearing maturity, this should have a long life ahead of it. Drink now-2029+ 94
