Friday, February 1, 2019 - Quite good, authentic Gigondas - much more so than the Hautes Garrigues bottling. On tertiary notes, garrigue, some animal notes. The fruit is dark and there’s tobacco/smoke as well. I don’t think this will improve further from here.
