Sunday, March 24, 2024 - This pours light gold in the glass. Great color considering some age here. The nose unfurls nicely over the course of a few hours to show green apple, white flowers, honey, crushed rock, dried lemon peel, and fresh white mushroom. The palate enters on honey drizzled fresh green apple with medium plus, focused acid. The finish lingers nicely replaying stony mineral and whisps of green apple and floral honey.
