Wednesday, April 23, 2014 - Deep, dark ruby/purple. Smokey, earthy, spicy boysenberry nose. Palate, rich and complex with moderate tannin and nice lively acidity. I get tobacco, along with the boysenberry, blackberry and a hint of licorice. Jammy aftertaste that lasts at least 30 seconds. Plenty of life left.
