Sunday, June 2, 2013 - Popped and poured, but should have decanted for at least two hours. It was still very good with strong fruit and a good chocolate quality but got much better as time progressed and it began to open up then the tannins mellowed a bit more and it was wonderful. I will wait another year before opening more but glad I got a taste early.
