Friday, June 22, 2007 - Dinner at St Jacques - The Night Before The Once In A Lifetime Dinner (Raleigh, NC): Medium yellow in color, this wine was very muted and closed. With time in the glass it opened a little but not much. Clearly has very good potential but not tonight. 50+12+12+8+8 = 90+
