Wednesday, December 9, 2015 - For me, a perfectly mature and fabulous vintage of this wine. Tastes almost like a dry Sauternes with wonderful flavors of petrol, orange peal and grapefruit. A really waxy, oily texture but also quite stony and finely etched. The finish is extraordinarily complex with notes of minerals, honey and spice. Wow!
