Saturday, May 7, 2016 - Ethereal wine. Tastes very close to dry with a faint hint of botrytis adding another dimension. Not in the least austere or light in what I perceive as the Trimbach style. This a a very well balanced full bodied wine. One of the best powerful Rieslings I have ever tasted.
