Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Bordeaux Confidential SF (SF): A bit of cucumber on the nose - bright high-toned pyrazines. Some pencil shavings / graphite / cedar. A bit of earthiness. Maybe a tiny bit of brettanomyces spice, but just barely at my threshold - not noticeable as brett.
In the mouth, fresh acidity. Bright and juicy. Some tannic grip.
Score: Between 8.5 and 9.
