Saturday, December 16, 2017 - Translucent cherry red, just the barest touch of bricking. Frankly, looks younger than nine years from vintage. Sweet cherry and strawberry with a touch of baking spices on the nose, the palate is smooth and quite herbal. There is good complexity, good supporting acidity, and reasonable length. This is quite good. Frankly better than expected.
