Wednesday, January 22, 2014 - Gives little on the nose. Very dark - tobacco and dusty - and just a faint hint of paprika and red fruit.

Juicy mouthfeel. Excellent acidity and gripping tannins. Plenty of sour red fruit, but there’s an «earthy» element here too. Perhaps a bit lacking in concentration, but very enjoyable nonetheless. Next one in about three years, I think.
