Thursday, August 7, 2014 - The anti-fruit bomb. Big poopy nose and drains at first but hold off 10 minutes and this loses the stink and that Cab Franc peppery nose comes through. This costs 15 English pounds - for that you struggle to get a bland supermarket branded wine from corporate-whipped-famers for that price. This has terroir, nuance, age-ability, character and FLAVOUR. Who remembers that? Reject Fruit Bomb Embrace Nuance.
