Thursday, November 14, 2019 - No formal notes taken but what a surprising improvement over the last bottle I tried. I like one of the previous taster's descriptors of black olives, tea, moss etc. - quite accurate - but only after plenty of air. It comes across tight on opening and by no means like a 10 year wine. Vastly improved on airing and shows a more resolved character. A deep, dark forest wine....
