Monday, November 3, 2008 - Dark in color, thin on the palate. Nose is subdued on the pop and pour plus an hour. Palate is oak and licorice. Some more oak. Nice texture front mid palate but finishes, kinda tannic, acidic and hot right now. Day 2 - 3. No improvment.
